2nd Annual Vice-President's Cup
5-A-Side Tournament
July 23-24, 2011 at Keva Sports Center
on the outdoor turf field!
Excellent facilities including floodlights, showers, bathrooms, music, beer tent & play area for kids. Fully fenced in for kids safety. No carry-ins allowed.
The Vice-President's Cup is one of the premier 5-A-Side soccer tournaments in the midwest. Teams from Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, North Dakota, Canada, Michigan and Wisconsin have participated in our past tournaments. Don't delay in registering your team!
We will have the following divisions:
Men's Open
Men's 0-30
Women's Open
Co-Ed
The number of teams in each division will be decided depending on the entries we receive, so don't wait if you plan to enter a team. Registration will be first come, first served.
All teams guaranteed 5 games
Games are 25 minutes

Vice-President Cup Details
Prize: Free entry to 2012 Vice-President's Cup
Maxiumum Roster Size: 12 players, 5 v 5 Including Keeper
Minimum Player Age: 18 YEARS AS OF 7/23/2011 NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Photo Id Required for Over-30 and all high school aged players.
Over-30 players must be 30 by 7/23/11.
Special Rules: Small fields, 6' x 12' Goals, No offisides, No balls over head height,
dedicated goalkeeper area, 2 Women on field at all times in co-ed
Fee:
$200 if pay by chec or if pay via credit card through PayPal.
DISCOUNT DEADLINE: If pay in full by May 22, 2011,
$175 if pay by check or via credit card through PayPal.
Madison United does reserve the right to make all final decisions regarding accepting teams.

2011 RULE ADDITION: NO SHOES WITH BLADES ARE ALLOWED!!!
ONLY FLAT SHOES AND ROUND MOLDED CLEATS WILL BE ALLOWED.
PLAYERS WEARING BLADES WILL BE FINED $50.00 EACH TIME.
TEAM WILL NOT CONTINUE PLAYING UNTIL FINE IS PAID.
NO EXCEPTIONS!! THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!!
