Directions to Break Away and Keva

The Annual President's Cup Tournament will once again be held at Break Away Sports Center in Fitchburg and Keva Sports West in Middleton. Below are directions to each facility and links to their websites where maps are available.

To Break Away Sports Center, 5964 Executive Dr., Madison (608) 288-9600
Break Away Sports Center is located just southwest of the intersection of county highway PD (McKee Rd.) and Seminole Highway in the Fitchburg Industrial Park. Take Hwy 12-18 west to the Seminole Hwy exit. Go south on Seminole Hwy. Take a right off of Seminole Highway onto Executive Drive and Breakaway is on the right. From Highway 12-18, Seminole Highway can only be accessed heading west. If you are heading east on Hwy 12-18, take the Verona Rd. exit south to county highway PD (McKee Rd.). Take a left on PD to Market Dr. Take a right on Market to a right on Executive. Break Away is on the right.
To Keva Sports West, 8312 Forsythia Dr., Middleton, WI (608) 662-PLAY
Keva Sports is located in Middleton on Airport Rd. west of Hwy 12. Take Hwy 12 to Middleton to exit 250, Airport Rd. Go west on Airport Rd about a 1/2 block to your first left on Nursery Dr. Take Nursery to a right on Forsythia. Otherwise you can take a left after you pass Keva.

To Break Away From Keva:
Take Airport Road back to Hwy 12. Go East on Hwy 12 until the Verona Rd/Dodgeville exit. Go south on Verona Rd. to CTH PD (stoplight). Take a left on PD (McKee Rd.). Go about 1-2 miles, to a right on Market Place. Take a right on Executive Drive, Break Away is on the right.
To Keva From Break Away:
Take a left on Market Place. Then take a left on PD (McKee Rd.) to Verona Rd. Take a right and stay on Verona Rd to the Beltline Hwy (Hwy 12). Take Hwy 12 West to Middleton. Take exit 250, Airport Rd. Go west on Airport Rd, take a left on Nursery Dr which is the first left, then a right on Forsythia. If you miss Nursery you can turn past Keva too.
