President Cup Details
Prize: Free entry to 2011 President's Cup
Maximum Roster Size: 12 players
6 v 6 Including Keeper
Minimum Player Age: 18 YEARS AS OF 2/13/10, NO EXCEPTIONS
Photo Id Required for Over-30, Over-38, and all high school aged players.
Entry Deadline: January 31, 2010
Fee:
$425 pay by check, or $435 if pay via credit card through PayPal (we get charged to use the service)
Discount deadline:
$375 if paid in full via check by 12/15/09, or $385 if PayPal
Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Madison United does reserve the right to make all final decisions regarding accepting teams.
THE ENTRY FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU WITHDRAW.
IF YOU REGISTER A TEAM AND WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE FOR YOU, WE WILL REFUND YOUR ENTRY FEE.
