Prize: Free entry to 2013 President's Cup & Champion T-shirts
All teams in Men's Open, Women's Open and Men's O-30 also qualify for
the National Indoor Championship (see below for details)
Maxiumum Roster Size: 12 players, 6 v 6 Including Keeper
(14 player roster size for 0-38 only)
2011 RULE ADDITION: NO SHOES WITH BLADES ARE ALLOWED!!!
ONLY FLAT SHOES AND ROUND MOLDED CLEATS WILL BE ALLOWED.
PLAYERS WEARING BLADES WILL BE FINED $50.00 EACH TIME.
TEAM WILL NOT CONTINUE PLAYING UNTIL FINE IS PAID.
NO EXCEPTIONS!! THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!!
Minimum Player Age: 18 YEARS AS OF 2/18/12, NO EXCEPTIONS
Photo Id Required for Over-30, Over-38, and all high school aged players.
Over-30 players must be 30 by 2/18/12 and over-38 players must be 38 by 2/18/12.
Fee:
$450 per team ($10 additional fee for PayPal)
DISCOUNT DEADLINE: $395 if pay in full by December 31, 2011 ($10 additional fee for PayPal).
Madison United does reserve the right to make all final decisions regarding accepting teams.
THE ENTRY FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU WITHDRAW.
IF YOU REGISTER A TEAM AND WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE FOR YOU, WE WILL REFUND YOUR ENTRY FEE.
